I'm out... when I found out about paying a vendor in stock, that was all the monkey business I could stand.... took my 30% profits and split.... hurt too, considering I was up some 150% at one point (a year ago).... I'll be back..... think these folks will ever play it straight??? IMO last year's rally was an orchestrated push to provide support to excercise the convertible covering the lawsuit.... it's been down ever since.... too bad, I believe a good company with absolutely the worst luck/timing........ ES PS and this was a candidate for my pick of the year.......
