Hardrocker, et al, Now that Chapter 11 is the road for AGTI, let's reflect on some of the posts made here by individuals such as Rosario. We began to suspect that person was not telling us the truth and many questioned his/her posts. Shortly thereafter, they were gone. I would hope that the SEC would be able to review those posts, if in fact, they are willing/able to investigate our company. With regard to the SEC and its intervention into active stock trading- it is my understanding that any SEC intervention is preceded by a 30 day "suspension of trading" based on allegations provided to them. The SEC,in that time frame, conducts a preliminary investigation and then makes a decision to either remove the suspension or "halt" trading. A similar action was commenced by the SEC on "MIDL". In the final analysis, it will be good for the average investor as the truth of any wrong doings will surface and the guilty individuals will be brought to justice. Those of us who are left will eventually recover some of our investment (unless Chapter 7 action is brought). I would have preferred a merger with a larger company; however, after the dust settles with AGTI, perhaps the new and refreshed company can get back to the business at hand, that being to operate in a profitable fashion. I wish well to all of us who have monies invested with AGTI and I hope that those whose intentions were/are less than honorable reap the rewards of their actions.
