Luc: Close. Last week we closed at 22-11/16. Currently we may close at $21+.

In hindsight ,all the spin, hype and excitement about quarterly earnings looks ridiculous. The influence that the global village exerts is far greater than a couple of contracts.

Currently because of local currency devaluations, the majority of the world is in deep inflation relative to the U.S. That polarization cannot continue. We would either have to make the dollar more cheap by
reducing interest rates or else face a massive slow down of exports as the rest of the world will be dumping to survive.

I do not think A.G will lower interest rates. The reason being wage demands cannot be contained unless there is a minimum of 5% unemployment. In that event, the alternative will be a slow down of the economy. During a slow down, new investments/upgrades get postponed.

Whilst keeping abreast the micro details of NN is interesting, I believe greater rewards may be had if one would also consider the Economies of the Global Village.
