BATON ROUGE, La., Sept. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Media Corporation (IMCOR) (OTC-Bulletin Board: USRF) announced today that it has entered into a web hosting agreement with Porpoise Network Incorporated (PNI), a Santa Barbara, CA-based web hosting and domain name service company. As IMCOR completes planned acquisitions of Internet Service Providers (ISPs), it is expected that IMCOR will transfer the associated web-hosting services to PNI.
