"Score one for GRNO and Bill C."

This, I think everyone will agree, is good news.

If nothing else this action adds to Bill's credibility. I have found that most of what Bill says to be the truth to the best of his knowledge. His biggest flaw is that things don't always happen when he anticipates.

I disagree with the statement "that we have plenty of time". My biggest concern is that someone else will duplicate our "patent pending process" while we are fighting in court.

I still believe in the man and the process. I have been adding to my position recently and will continue to do so at these prices (or until my wife finds out).

Best of luck to all (especially Bill C and crew) !

Bill, it appears the plaintiffs in the case against G&S agree with you that G&S will wait for the SEC to do its own discovery. The plaintiffs predict the process to take 12 to 15 months and it took the SEC 15 months to do its investigation before it brought the suit.

Bill's own response to the SEC's suit is to deny all allegations of deliberate wrong doing. He says he is without specific knowledge of the activities of Bo O'Brien and Ron Reece and must deny allegations of the SEC pertaining to them. He admits statements of known facts. While there are many other statements Bill makes in his response to the SEC's suit, the document is 210 paragraphs long, the hour is late, and I need to read and study it before commenting further.

Bill, while the insurance company may be calling the shots, they also must be careful. On March 18, 1997, GRNO stock traded in the approximate range of 6 1/16 to 6 5/8. The last trade Friday was at 1/8. What the stock actually trades for now is impossible to determine since it is too easily manipulated, but my point is that the SEC action has caused a large drop in stock value. Take that times roughly 6 million shares and apply the treble damage theory and you have a number that far exceeds the insurance coverage or what G&S could ever pay. In other words, rather than having a customer who they might be able to raise future rates on, they may have a customer who will cease to exist.

Maybe they think they have nothing to lose by stalling and they may be right, but I don't think they will want this to go to trial.
