I did a screen for stocks with very low ratios of price/cash, and I
turned up 3 semi equips in the top 11 stocks of the list:

p/cash p/b PSR
SFAM, 1.2 0.7 1.1
BRKS, 1.2 0.7 0.9
MTSN. 1.3 0.8 0.6

The way I did the screen is I used telescan's prosearch, which has a
database of 7000 stock. I screened for stocks with a market cap > $45 M
and debt/equity < 10%. I limited p/b to a max of 4, and PSR to a max of 7.
Then I ranked them for the price/cash ratio, and by hand I threw out
insurers, ADRs, and co.'s with multiple stock classes.

I found there were absolutely no stocks meeting these requirements
with a price/cash ratio below 1.0.

So I think these 3 semiequip stocks must be pretty close to a floor.
