Did you see the # of shares outstanding now? YES Did you see the expenses they charged to do this? YES Did you see any mention of any of the projects in this report? From the NT 10-Q filed 8/17/98: (http://www.freeedgar.com/search/ViewFilingsData.asp?CIK=909792&Directory=1026700&Year=98&SECIndex=65&Extension=.tst&PathFlag=0&nStartLoc=592&nEndLoc=11221&DateFiled=8/17/98&FormType=NT_10-Q&tabletype=1&tablename=NT_10-Q&CompanyName=IDM_ENVIRONMENTAL_CORP&SourcePage=FilingsResults&OEMSource=) State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 10-KSB, 11-K. 20-F, 10-Q, 10-QSB, N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof could not be filed within the prescribed time period. (Attach extra sheets if needed.) The registrant has experienced delays in completing its financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 1998 as a result of (1) delays in the receipt of financial information relating to projects being undertaken in El Salvador and Germany, (2) delays in the receipt of data and complexity associated with computing percentage of completion relating to two projects which were ongoing during the quarter, and (3) complexity associated with computing deemed dividends and interest expense associated with the issuance and conversion of convertible preferred stock and convertible notes in light of the current position of the SEC regarding such convertible securities. As a result, the registrant is unable to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 1998 by the prescribed due date. They then filed 2 days later. Another ploy to scare the weak. They really needed those 2 days? I don't think so. It may go up from here, but it will only be due to manipulation, and not on fundamanetals. I don't beleive this, manipulation can only go so far. I think they'll show us the money....and soon. Manipulation is hard to predict, and can suck you into even more losses. True, I never said there wasn't risk here P.S. So what is the all-time low? I beleive it was 9/16 and was amazed we didn't test it yesterday.
