Equilibrium DeBabelizer Pro 4.5 for Windows(R), and Equilibrium DeBabelizer 3 for Macintosh, are now available for electronic download or physical delivery from Equilibrium's e-commerce site and from any of Digital River's more than 300 reseller sites. The DeBabelizer product line and upgrades are also available for download from Equilibrium's online store at www.equilibrium.com. Digital River estimates 87 percent of sales made through its dealer network result in electronic distribution. Under this agreement, Digital River will manage electronic product delivery through Equilibrium's Web site and through its own dealer channel. For customers who do not wish to download products, Digital River will manage the physical distribution from its warehouse in Minneapolis. Digital River's V2 e-commerce engine will provide functionality for credit card screening and processing and export management for all electronically downloaded software sales.
