Heyy Radim,
Our one trick pony is attempting to be clever. He never mentioned that there were any specific sells this time. If you haven't learned yet
please take heed, semantics is the game pure and simple.
All my best to Shareholders, L & S FNTN,, barbara

cliff--what would most human being do if they been working their butt off and the stock begins to go up. Can't they use their principle to buy something nice. Hell, I've got a cousin who had to sell alot of shares of a private company (it's so big that it report to the SEC like a public company) so that a rather big house could be built. These guys are in it to make big money. Please change the subject--we know how easy it is to chech 144 filings.

You have to do some digging by pulling up FNTN's quote and then selecting insider trades. The link is below. All of FNTN's 144 filings were planned and NOT exercised since the beginning of the year as opposed to Amazon which had several exercised trades.I won't blame Mr. Sheppard for selling some of his shares when FNTN crests $5.00 as I probably will, but he DIDN'T sell when it reached $2.25.
