By The Law Firm Of Schiffrin Craig & Barroway, LLP BALA CYNWYD, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 28, 1998--The following statement was issued today by the law firm of Schiffrin Craig & Barroway, LLP: A class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of all persons who purchased the common stock of Source Media Inc. (NASDAQ: SRCM - news) from Sept. 24, 1997 through Aug. 14, 1998, inclusive (the ''Class Period''). The complaint charges Source Media and certain of its officers and directors of issuing false and misleading financial statements and press releases regarding the Company's earnings.
