Well changed my mind again and bought at the opening for my Keogh account. At some point all this good news will have to begin to count. I am optimistic now about 1999 so that gives me some comfort. Even if Clinton destroys the market in October with respect to his tortured attempts to continue his rule, I think the Country will recover. It would be nice to have a functioning President however, but in life you can't have everything.
