Bummer, no royalties from texture compression. $50 million in patents that so far seem to be gathering dust, except for the lawsuit against Nvidia, if i remember correctly. IBM went with ATI for the Cobra, so much for their leading edge PC (sorry Ski, but if it was the new Rage chip then it would be more leading edge). Latest rumor that i heard mentioned next week for possibly something. If you are really interested in more details, you can search around and find it. I would print it out but i thought that it was rather private and shouldn't be blurted out and am really surprised that the supposed source let it out. Maybe just someone pulling our leg again. Wish i had waited one more week to buy more shares and that i could convince my wife to let me borrow the savings for 6 months, there are a lot of great deals out there. Things will either be back to their previous levels or we are all gonna be s**t out of luck and in a worldwide depression. I am betting on the other countries straightening things out and S3 returning to profitability. Good luck to us all. Ski, how did you know that i am Russian? (from your previous signoff "Dosvidonya") Well 50% Russian. A transplanted half Russian Hoosier. Do you ever visit that wonderful hot humid muggy flat cornfield where you went to school? I have to go back twice a year to visit my parents and brothers.
