If insiders would have bought this week, it will take some time for the info to be available to general public ... as usual, one judges by the last 2 days' relative strength and either decides to get in now for higher rewards, or let the stock go to 5.50 first, let some other positive news hit the street and buy at higher price, may be 6.50 and 7, and waits for it to hit 10 by year-end.

Everyone's strategy would be different by definition depending on tolerance, goals etc. Imho, I see it as the absolute bottom, giveaway clearance price sale right now ~ 4. In all humility, it takes a lot of guts and background preparation to express such an opinion on a down day and sliding market like today.

regards to all,
-/Sonny.

R.D.H: Thanks for those links which I already have. Both those are not upto date and therefore are not much use when big price swings occur.

I was merely trying to establish the history for this week to understand the decline.

Regards.!

There are 2 other factors that may be going against us:
1- Most brokerage houses require the stock to be above 5 for margin accounts. therefor, many may end up selling due to this fact

2- many fund managers are not allowed to buy stocks below $5

If I was an insider, why would I buy more shares, if I have plenty of options at near these levels?
