Mr. BMart, you continue to be obsessed with this Squeeze. You never address the issue of the day after the squeeze. Perhaps any upcoming 10-KSB will address these issues. Certainly some kind of elucidation on the rights of the new preferred class shareholders and how they were given the opportunity to become preferred holders will be welcome. The discussion of management with regard to the on going state of the business will also be of interest. There are more than a few unknowns here. If there has been any wrong doing, then I am sure that we all share common ground in wanting to see those responsible held accountable. The time frame that it plays out in may not be quite as you represent, but I am all for seeing wrong doers brought to justice. (That applies to those being compensated to promote stocks without required disclosure as well.)
