This is the best news i have seen on QCOM in a long time. Sounds like an olive branch or a deal is imminent!!

Nice find however there's no reason IMO to take anything ERICY says at face value. This may be just a ploy, make public conciliatory noises while continuing to make unreasonable demands which Q must then reject, at which time ERICY says they've tried everything and the Q remains intransigent.
