Kirk, if Bob recommends a "gift horse buying opportunity" with all the problems that have surfaced in the world's markets, I'll take my hat off to him. Really takes guts...regardless how well one's timing model works. I think we will see a very positive, or very, very negative reaction in the markets...depending on how Yeltsin's speech is viewed. It will on aired at 12:30pm ET. Stock Bull

> Since we've all been DCA'ing, no one really has any new money< This has been my problem, so right or wrong, here's what I did about it: Got up at 2 a.m. to place sell orders at the market open on some winners in my IRA account that haven't yet taken a licking. I did this just in case the sky really is falling, figuring I might as well lock in some profits. So far, this looks like a good move as the stocks I sold are down from the market open. In my non-IRA account I sold off some losers for a tax loss, figuring I might as well beat the Christmas rush. All that has freed up some cash and I'm now doing some selective buying. Time will tell....
