Earlier today on CNBC an analyst said that gold has two more support level left. $265 and $250 {sound familiar, they are the prices range I posted to you}. My reason for gold to fall has been out there for a long time. I'm presently defending myself in what is becoming a flaming war about derivatives.

Back here I said where the XAU was going. 52-56 in the coming weeks. that was August 7. Right now the XAU is at 51.98.

If you start there and read forward every post, I make many predicitons. If you read them all you cane decide for yourself.
You might want to stop on some, and compare data... {Just remeber this. When it came to YEN, JAPAN index, and HK} all time frames are wrong... I never took into account interventions {See I'm wrong sum times}

Nice to see a post without YAHHhohhoohoh in... 8^)

PS: Maybe I should start a publically traded holding company?

The further Gold declines in price, the more gold mines shut down, until you have a major imbalance between supply and demand. Then, the price starts going up again. I think that, in this market atmosphere, people and managers are unloading everything, the good along with the bad. In the longer term, this is kind of like a fire sale!! 50% off on many stocks, some 90% off!! If you choose value, you'll see your profits return after this bear market - the average of which lasts around 18 months - this one has about 4 - 6 months to go to reach 18 months. I figure it'll turn around after this year's year-end tax-selling, which should finish early Dec sometime.

Takes a lot of guts, though - and 90% of the investors out there are newbies and have never seen or been through a bear market - so it's hard to tell how they'll behave in the initial stages of a turn-around.
