I just spoke with Ellen Martin of Investor Relations. She stated that to her knowledge Xoma has NOT contracted with this company to do this survey. I contacted her because they left a message on my phone mail stating that they were doing a survey ON BEHALF OF XOMA. I called the number and asked who they were and who hired them and was told AGAIN that Xoma shareholder relations hired them. I asked who at the company was a contact for this and was told to call Ellen. Ellen has received several calls today and has told them all the same thing - she has not hired them. I would advise you NOT to respond to this call unless you are comfortable handing out personal information to people who misrepresent their intention.
