Update on MADI, overall: The MADI anti hacking device is patented in North America including the US. The unit will retail between $250 and $300. Wholesale and volume price, around $150. Cost of mft. less than $50. First MADI contract was with Revenue of Canada, equiv of IRS.
Corporate fiscal year is from March to March. EPS for current FY in excess of .20 Good chance for greater earnings. Trailing earnings are neglegible as orders were in the recent past. Considerable lag in large order confirmation especially governmental. Major buyers test the daylights out of the device prior to buying. Government and large corporate sales efforts from six months ago just coming to fruition. Strong probability of large order announcement with broad name recognition major corporation in very near term. MADI has made and continues to make major sales presentations regarding the device.
A recent example was a presentation to senior US military officals in Colorado.
Nothing unusual in product design, just real smart switch that keeps out hackers.
The general media will love this product as will the average investor. Almost everyone understands the considerable problem with hackers. MADI device is likely to be on the cover of a major magazine very soon.( I assume it to be a poular magazine read by the cyber industry and cyber consumers) This development will cause additional publicity. Do not be surprised if main stream media pick up this product and you see it on the evening news. When that occurs fasten your seat belt. Regardless, conservative forward earnings per share and a very conservative multiple put a target of this stock at $1.50 minimum in the near term and with any major publicity or very large contract considerably higher. Should all go very well, this stock could go to double digits in the longer term.

I would go easy on the anticipation of a major US government announcement in the next x days. Those contracts are very very slow to get signed and made official. I would suggest that we keep close track of that sales effort. I am hearing end of September as more realistic for US government contract. The market for this device is so broad that the US government is just another large organization that needs hacker protection. Every business of any scope needs hacker protection. I was vice president of very large retailer and the systems were hacked for big money every now and then in creative ways from a to z. So the market for an anti hacker device is world wide among most computer users including governments and industry.
Individuals, moreover, are increasingly interested in hacker protection as well.
