I agree with you completely on the shorting thing. Although real short
squeezes do of course exist, far too often it is used to justify a
decline in stock price on a company with very sick fundamentals, or
to try and prop the price while the people "in the know" get their
money out. I suspect that the dramatic decrease in short position
in August is likely due to a second profitable quarter in a row
making this an undesireable shorting candidate... although I must
say I have seen a lot of selling pressure over the last several
days that I am hoping (there's that word again) is due to the general
market decline. I know personally I've heavily weighted my portfolio
towards stocks that are VERY profitable comapanies with extremely
long performance track records, and that I feel are undervalued -- I
suspect these will weather the market the best.

Anyway, I don't own a ton of it, but I do think GBIT has a chance to
easily return back to the 1.20 range once the shakeup is over.

BTW, I appreciate your comments with regards to TGSK... I bailed on
hearing that Collin had pulled a Clinton -- I don't like being lied
to, and trying to avoid questions about ones personal life is no
excuse -- that's what pleading the 5th is for... :-)
