Eric, I agree with you. Further, this type of management is now IMHO absolutely capable of getting caught with their pants down in the accounting dept. They (Noam) have totally lost their most important item, not talent, not brilliance, CREDIBILITY!! If ANY accounting irregularities of ANY kind show up, the class action lawsuits will force Noam out of the company. This might be a good thing as now, nobody will believe anything from this management and that is devastating. MRVC should keep all the techies, and try to kick CSCO's @ss. But they should do it with a new management team. Noam, you are a disgrace. Cube
