They are not rumors. They sell some stock every 4 months or so.

You can go to quote.yahoo.com page. Type DELL to get a quote. Then look for a "Insider" button that associated with DELL stock (in the same button groups as Chart, Research, etc.). The "Insider" page will show you all SEC filing of DELL's officers. On a side note, MD has filed to sell these shares several months ago, so this is OLD news. I think Paul Kangas did a poor job researching this piece of info., and shouldn't have reported old news as "rumors". Maybe he is busy buying DELL for all we know.
