one more thing about czech beer that the czechs will not admit. Pilsener is German town in Czechia. all of n. west Czechia actually is german and that is where beer comes from. at least the best kind. Czechians do not admit this but in this part they actually spreche deutsche. this has been suppressed for 500 years but is now coming out. soon czechians will start wearing tyrolese hats and whispering skol and prost occasionally as the great german lager/beer liberation gesprungs. heil pilsener.
