when and where did I tout MRV? Put up or shut up! I appeared there to make a point and what Pink said bore no relation to the events that followed. The SEC is looking for "events" which are artificially created to cause a stock price drop or one to go up, to profit someone who creates the "event". Since he claimed fraud on the MRV thread is there no equal time granted on his thread to suggest that he is a fraud? Come now, Barbara. If he is not a fraud then he has nothing to worry about, right?
