this is a good thing for RNTK.. but a bad thing for California,, now we will have more regulations to go by,, and even more B.S. to deal with

I am not so sure this is good for RNTK. Regulating emmisions from diesel wil, IMO, just lower the demand for diesel since the price of diesel vehicles will increase. Also as I understand RNTK's product, the diesel product is cleaner in terms of sulfur - already regulated in many states but may not be cleaner in terms of volatiles and HAPS. Regardless, it should not effect RNTK much since I doubt very seriously the tractor trailers will start using gasoline instead of diesel.
