Jim: <"I'm so happy I just throw up"> ... Hmmmmm, I have a client that is heavy into the market ... equities and bonds ... I am helping him find a $900k+- residence to buy. I ask him today, what he thought of the market and what his plans were on a general basis. Nothing specific. He responded "Well, I am going to do what you're supposed to do in this kind of market"! I had to ask ... "what is that"? He said .. "When I get to the point I am going to throw up, I am going to call my brokers and tell them to buy the best values they can"!!!
