See if they are getting alot of requests for certs.
I have already called this week and I
am not sure he'd want to talk to me again.

I have some questions about certs.
If someone requests certs delivered now, and
the broker contacts the TA, what happens if there
are no more shares to send out?
When I called the TA and asked about the float,
he said it would take awhile to figure out.
Seems like he would have to know to, so he doesn't send
out certs for more than he has.
