Ramsey--Abbey needs to go to TA school---a first year course will do--anyone with clear eyesight can see the Head &Shdrs top put in place in the S&P and the neckline got punctured yesterday. Often in sucg cases there is a snap back rally to slightly above the neckline before the real plunge starts. Breaking of neckline projects a Minimum decline to approx 920--which interestingly enough is about half way in the 1997 decline which formed a 4th wave at that time. Elliott of course says that once 5 waves are complete the support on the next drop is back to the area of the 4th wave. ----Bottom line is that we are soon going lower perhaps after a sucker's rally next few days. Since AMAT held its 26 support, I count that as the D wave of the triangle calling for one last small move up before the price starts down to something sensible. Ditto for KLAC which should soon test 22
