Hi Robin - Usually with any form of financing (e.g. Private Placement), a company will have to issue more shares. It's worth it, though, if you have a major brokerage sponsoring you. Doors get opened, other firms look at you, MMs shy away, etc.

It's too early to know how much financing is available, or the terms. This is not an overnight process, but it is a company priority.
