Chris,

Please take a close look at the 144 filings for MS. Lets also make the assumption that FNTN operates on a calendar year. With this in mind, and understanding the fact that a 144 filing, although not removed from the records, expires 90 days after filing - MS can only sell 160,000 shares - max.

What percentage of the total shares in the float is 160,000?

What percentage of the total shares issued is 160,000?

Of the total shares owned by MS what percentage is the 160,000 he's filed 144's on? (Until FNTN is fully reported, we will not even be able to speculate about this answer.)

When the total of current 144's, for any insider, reaches a million, I think we will all have reason to think twice about the security of your investment in FNTN. Until that time, in my opinion, as the great Senator from Louisiana, Huey Long, once said: "We're just picking gnat shit out of pepper!"

Best regards to all and be thankful you have not lost your shirt or had to meet an unrealistic margin call in the last few days.
