Yeltsin is just about to announce that he will stay in office until his term ends in 2000. Interestingly, the Dow came back up and is break even now. Interesting how the big board investors are so closely tuned to what Yelstin does or does not do. They should get some MMs, then they could worry about something more direct :-) By the way, during the last Russian crisis, all communications was cut off except for the internet. I expect in the next crisis, the only thing that will come out will be IP voice and data.
