Double counts: I think what they meant was if a mm used an offshore mm to short a stock, it would be doubled counted. Which makes since. I don't think our orders would show up twice. IMO, I believe the mms think they can outlast us. It will take the certs to be called out and another buying surge. They probably think they those things won't happen. This all hinges on the belief that the company has told me and Coolbreeze the truth. That insiders has 7.1 mil of the float and that an offer will be accepted. Either the .37 one or one higher.
