Apparently she must have had a problem with:

Let me know if I can be of any assitance - i'll be glad to help.

But, she sure wasn't very tactful about it. Maybe NSKY should get a new PR firm. Tactfulness, is one of the more important quality's of a PR firm.......

Rob.

I think I remember something someone said about NSKY dealing with Disney. They could have taken your email (since it had a disney address) as you trying to pressure them. They are probably getting all kinds of call trying to pressure them. Just a thought.

This post has some phone numbers:

Xbrent and Reasons have called, maybe they still have the number.

Chief: Colleen probably did misinterpret the last two sentences of your thank you message as attempted interference: (Working for a successful entertainment company is hard work but rewarding work. Let me know if I can be of any assistance - I'll be glad to help), but that is still no excuse for that kind of response to a shareholder.

Maybe our requests for thank you's inundated her with e-mail and phone calls in effect expressing our thanks for her "finally doing it right!". I know the last time I spoke with her after she re-issued the PR, she seemed upset with all the stockholder demands she had received concerning her original handling of it and how to proceed.

Not to make excuses for her, but in her current position, probably exceeding her original distribution instructions for the PR, who knows what kind of pressure she has been under. Sort of a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" spot to be in. I think everyone, including the company and certainly I, learned something about the handling of a PR (with regard to this thread), with this one.

I have to take the blame for posting the advance notification of the PR's status and talking her and Reynolds into releasing it to our thread before it had actually appeared anywhere else. Getting an "advance peek" for us did not get the results I expected and I don't know how it will be handled with future releases. If we had waited for it to surface through their regular industry channels, it probably would have been better in the long run. In retrospect (always 20-20), IMO, our demanding and getting it's release to specific outlets didn't get the desired result and someone may now be telling her "I told you so."
