Steve you're funny. Sad but funny. If I recall wasn't it you that would threaten legal action every time someone would accuse the old management of any wrong doing? You said "And an employee of Oilex under Saul stole assets for Saul's benefit." Please share your proof of this with us if you have any. I didn't know there was anything left to steal. You also said "Saul looks like he's going to run the company into the ground". That makes me wonder if you or your hero's knew that in the ground is where the oil is at.
