Tim - what sort of logic is that?

You need to go beyond appearances and judge performance not looks.

Remember where the company was 12 months ago? Remind yourself of where it's at now - look at the formerly announced linkages to two of the largest players in their fields - look at the potential going forward and the growing client base, the strong worldwide interest and the diversification of market sectors into which these products can be sold. Furthermore, the synergy with Aquasol is a god send.

If appearances are that important to you - what of the guys in their fancy suits who are screwing with the stock now? Because they wear fancy duds - are they more professional or trustworthy? Looking slick offers no indication that they can do a better job - or even be honest. The VSE and brokers in Vancouver have few friends outside of their inner circle:

207.102.98.109

If your are holding MSFT - do you ever cringe when Bill Gates comes out in his crumpled slacks, golf shirt and messy hair?

This shake up in the share price I hope initiates some rethinking of the relationship between the board and shareholders. There should be more News releases - let us know what's up - no more of the drought between April and August - when we knew of several substantive things that were happening. I prefer a trickle of more frequent News - rather than the single 'huge' News release.

As a model - look to how the large caps - with the most loyal investors - treat their shareholders. They would have commented *this* week on the decline in the share price - and the manipulation - if they had been in Napier's shoes. Just copy their model with respect to the timely information they pass on to shareholders.

It's better to get this straightened out now - even add new people to the team - as your Annual Report (May) suggested may happen. I understand that the board may be on a learning curve here wrt these matters - so retain someone knowledgeable to advise you. The company will still be a great success despite any perceived ineptness - but it's important for shareholders to have complete confidence in the board.

All cylinders have to be firing here - and most of them are - what we ask of you is not that much. The products are magical and world class - the synergy with Aquasol is a gift from above - linkages are tremendous - potential is outstanding - but public feedback to shareholers is wanting a tad and needs to be addressed. Better to bring this up to speed now - won't take that much effort - rather than later when the stock is trading much higher and a lot more $$ are involved.
