Yeah first of all you don't get up to date information on insider sales as the execs have a few months to sell according to Sec rules,unless you subscribe to some insider info news letter or something even that won't be up to date. I don't know if you noticed it there are several entries that said 'planned sales'. PS:hope you didn't make your decision to sell DELL based on 'insider sale' as these are regular non-events of no significance.Anyway there is nothing wrong with taking profits and I don't think Dell is an overhyped stock as for every hype there are real numbers to back it up no fluff here. Hope you don't go put your money on CPQ.<g> All the best.
