[Millitech Radio Equipment Integrated Into Newbridge Networks LMCS and LMDS Broadband Wireless Solution]

SOUTH DEERFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 28, 1998-- Millitech Corporation today announced that it has signed agreements with Newbridge Networks to develop and supply Broadband Wireless Local Loop (BWLL(TM)) equipment that will integrate into its broadband wireless solution.

The agreements enable Newbridge to take advantage of Millitech's unmatched capability for fast-paced radio product development in meeting the varying country-to-country requirements for LMCS/LMDS markets worldwide. Millitech has successfully demonstrated this capability in its deployment of BWLL(TM) equipment in over thirty field trials around the world. The agreements also enable Newbridge to resell Millitech's BWLL(TM) equipment on a worldwide, non-exclusive basis.

"Millitech's demonstrated capability for rapid product development and its cost-effective manufacturing operations were determining factors in our decision to enter into these agreements with Millitech," said Bernard Herscovich, Vice President Broadband Wireless Networks, Newbridge Networks. "Our radio-independent architecture allows us to work with best-of-breed suppliers such as Millitech to meet the needs of the expanding market opportunities of the global LMCS/LMDS market."

Millitech supplies point-to-multipoint radios that are being deployed at LMCS/LMDS hub and customer premises locations. The radios are compatible with spectrum allocations being assigned by various countries around the world including the United States and Canada.

"Millitech is honored to be a part of Newbridge's team for LMCS/LMDS," said Dr. John Youngblood, President and CEO, Millitech Corporation. "Our many years of experience in radio system engineering, millimeter-wave product development, and automated manufacturing are very complementary to Newbridge's network planning and ATM switching capabilities and to Stanford Telecom's modem experience".

I can understand where you are coming from. However, if you are correct, it could fall into negative numbers. WCII is worth a number right now. I mean total up all the assets etc. Forget earnings.
Whatever that number is, shorters, pros or fish are not going past it.

We'll see gabor. Your 4 to 7 million volume statement throws me.
