We hope everyone managed to endure this last week and even managed to make some money. For those not aware, there has been a significantly consistent selloff of smallcap stocks over the last four months. If you're into the blue chips and what not, reality finally hit home this last week. As for the smallcap investor, we've been dealing with this for quite some time now. Just randomly scroll through any microcap or smallcap security and have a look at its 2 month moving average and you will probably find nine out of ten on the decline. Where is the bottom? Good question, but it could get worse before it gets better. However, in our opinion, opportunity is revealing itself at every turn. "In the middle of every difficulty is an island of opportunity." We feel many investors are going to start taking notice of companies which are trading far lower than their potential value. It's cyclical. And, its time for the individual investor and the Institutions along with all those fund managers to sit up and take notice. Our sources reveal that this is already starting to take place. As hard as it is to time a market, we feel now is as good a time as any.
