Most confidentiality agreements would cover current and past employees discussing in public forums R&D strategy. Furthermore your comment almost suggests that Corel may have made false public statements regarding their strategy. Additionally, separation compensation agreements usually address disclosing information prior to and after separation. As for the post's reference to Draw 8, that was intended for the general audience of the thread. BTW I don't think it will be much of a surprise after your check clears. You pretty much exposed yourself with your posts immediately after the closing of Orem. Cheers!
