The Answer: nibble some now, wait till after the Yuan is devalued to nibble more. Hope the Japanese get their act together. Noticed JOF is no longer hedging their Yen exposure, in the last report I got from them. Whatever that means. I would guess that the price of hotels and restaurants in Tokyo needs to seem more reasonable compared to a low-cost US city like, say, New York, Boston, or San Francisco before you can really feel safe with Yen.
