I'll just bet that while Jack may not offer to say swap your shares, he will be able to "let you in on the ground floor", by offering you shares at only 20 times book instead of the 40 times book that he will expect to raise from new investors. After all he has 100M new little puppies that he will try to place in new homes again. I am wondering how many of the old gang will re-emerge there on Del Monte with Jack and Quentin? Winston, Vivian, are you out there too?

I don't understand how he can even try to do this. You would think he knows that we know, and that we are alerting who we think are the proper authorities that he is up to no good again. He may be a lot of things, but I don't think he is stupid. He must figure he is untouchable and there will be no consequences to be paid. What are WE missing here that he seems to know? Do you think he would do this, knowing he would be found out by us MTEI people, if he didn't think he could pull it off? Apparently we and anything he believes we can do can't hurt him. He's being pretty brazen about this, going at it again so soon with all of us hurting here. We all assume he reads this, right? So what are we missing? Leads me to believe that we are all S.O.L., he knows it and he wants to make sure we know it. Of course, this is just my opinion and I hope we can prove him wrong.
