I have read that there are at least 100 people with a daily working knowledge of the grand jury proceedings including the assistant prosecutors, court clerks, police detail, secretaries, judges, lawyers and the members of the Grand Jury themselves. Everyone has a theory about the leaks. I suspect leaks from both camps, but I wouldn't rule out a member of the Grand Jury as the source for the key evidence leaking.

On the more damning evidence no. But the trick here is to leak something of insignificance and then blame it on the prosecutor so that he winds up with the investigators on his back. Why do you think Mr. Clinton included that in his speech?
