hi DianaX,

wow, can not let your post go without saying something...what a coincident not just one account...

i have just bought a mountain top myself last month, and also sold all my stocks except for BB's and not touching any DGIV. i also thank GOD that i quit my job in july thus my 401k account which was closed and rolled over did not suffer over 30% lost..

by the way, where are you getting your mountain property? and i do like your reasons for investment. i only concern with products and services if they have good management team, and strong stockholders support just like DGIV...

enjoy your mountain...

lert

that calls a BB with direction for hype on the above--(see #1)

A smattering of incompatible PSTN's in third world nations.
Also, offices composed of little more than P.O. Boxes in hotel lobbies.

There is more wrong than just late financials:
Requirements:

1. Fully reporting status
GIV has no status

2. 2 million in "TANGIBLE" net worth as defined by SEC
DGIV doesn't qualify

3. Bid price of $4
DGIV doesn't qualify

4. Accountant SEC recognized
DGIV doesn't qualify

5. EPS
DGIV cannot provide

6. Book value per share
DGIV cannot provide

7. PE to growth ratio
DGIV cannot provide

>7) loyal shareholders who believe in the company
SEC violations for:
a) failure to notify public Safe Harbor Act
b) violation of securities act for sales of securities in excess of $1 million under rule 504
c) failure to disclose in detail shares issued to promoters

It seems the SEC doesn't have the same "belief".
