Did you hear the one about him telling his audience yesterday that he recalled a 10 year old boy "who studied elections and candidates" tell his father that he should vote for Clinton in 92? Said the father told him he'd vote for him if he would promise to keep his child "free".....William Jefferson Clinton, the great emancipator.....yeah I'd say delusional about covers it.....bp
