Thanks for the update. The end result should be that Corporate Vision should be able to retain a 10 to 15% position in this new company after the IPO at minimal costs. While also allowing CVIA to distribute these new shares to our stockholders as dividends, thus helping our shareholders to create a diverse portfolio by simply owning CVIA stock. Good job! Milk
