Reviewing quarterly results and auditing quarterly results are two entirely different things, correct?

Afaq, thanks for the information about the audits. I thought it might be something like that. As for Craig's pronouncement that "management are con-artists", there's no doubt about it, this is libel. Technically, as a stockholder and owner, I have been injured financially by his libelous posts and could bring a lawsuit against him. I doubt he has enough to cover one suit - much less a class action. It still might be worth it, though. Wish we could buy out the company and at least get away from the Par publicity. But then they'd probably attack the new management. I keep hoping for the only silencer - sales and profits!
