First to Gary, on Yahoo! Thanks for the 800 number. I called and learned something. Bottom line!!!! They are a tender offer firm a stockholder solicitation group!!!!!! Obtained this info when I said I never heard of McKinsey Partners and asked what they do. She said you will see our name on the back of many prospecti shareholder offers. Said the report was finished. (as has been posted) Said she did not know who it was for. Asked if I still wanted to give details. Said no but should have said yes to see if I could have used questions to get more info. TENDER OFFER GROUP/SOLICITATION GROUP!!!! Opala thanks for providing the original heads up. Gary again thanks. We have a lot of power working together. Will we ever know if the Yahoo bashers were part of an inexpensive manipulation to drive the stock lower? Probably not. Lets hope there is some slippage in time before they strike. Firm price action in face of two day (3?) day decline in market might mean they move fast. I just hate to see it, but we capitulated in the face of superior selling strength to the point where a buyout is almost a no brainer. Makes me a bit sick.
