PAA's Dukat is in Russia; panamericansilver.com

This is kind of funny in light of this week's events;
" Any recent visitor to Russia cannot fail to be impressed at the incredible positive transformation of the country's business, social and political environment. These changes are irreversible. ... we are very optimistic that Pan American has entered Russia at a pivotal time ..."

I don't think Russia ever had considerable historical production of silver.
It would be good to hear from somebody who knows, and who knows how much they have now to dump. Maybe the market was telling us 'quite a bit' today. ... cheers

I think the market was in "liquidate" mode today.

Hard to believe that anyone would be selling something like HL at these prices.

My guess is that if things get any worse, silver and gold will recover long before the stock market does.

What will happen during a real, extended bear market??

This is childs play compared to the 1966-1982 period.

Maybe metals are being liquidated because MSFT, LU, and CSCO are now so "cheap" that the new paradigm types can't resist them.
