Slider,

I bought some RDC and VRC today. I thought this sector held
up very well in a down market. We're due for a nice bounce on
Mon. and/or Tues., and I plan to buy more on Mon.

Limit & good till Cancelled Orders - a great tool !
Placing a ''low-ball'' Limit order is a great tool to catch an intra-day low or two in this current enviroment.

I agree that the only way to buy these stocks (and most any stock) is to use day limit and GTC limit orders under the bid. The problem with that approach for OS stocks has been the unending number of false bottoms.
Your low-ball price kicks in and rather than rebounding for a quick return, it soon falls right thru it and your cheap price ain't so "cheap" any more. I imagine as we approach "bullitin board" status with the abyss of mathematical zero close behind, we may actually be close to the "real bottom".
