Mr. Mitchell, You failed to mention that JB OXFORD may have a very large long distance phone bill besides to boot! All those calls to Las Vegas and all... It's funny how JB OXFORD wishes to negotiate now that the court has forced the issue. It appears JB OXFORD will be in the open market next week buying shares on behalf of Andy Mann. Funny though, AZNT was getting phone calls not only from JB OXFORD today.... Ha! ' RB

"I have a copy of the supposed "exclusive" license agreement between AZNT and Brazil but I can't read Portuguese. At first glance it only appears to me a simple export license, though. Volunteers?" Paste it in here if you can, Jeff - I'll have a go at it. Don't know how much I'll be around till Monday though ... xyz likely knows some, and maybe there's a native speaker of Portugues around. I don't think the syntax and grammar varies much from Spanish, and the crucial interpretation likely comes down to accurate translation of a few words and phrases.

How did they "officially" tell you or Did you see they unofficially told bmart ? So, now, talking to the company is "official" is it. I am at a loss here folks. Could someone please post the "official" statement made by this company, telling all the shareholders they are in talks with Monsanto. I guess this is like the Official Irwin Roth type news release is it ? One last question Mr. Mitchell, could you please tell me the name of the person who you were waiting to talk to at Monsanto.
